YOUR MAINTENANCE DENTAL CONSULTATION
This is the chance for us to see how you’ve been getting on since we last saw you. Our approach is just as thorough as when we first met you for your new patient oral health check; we review any concerns you may have had and reassess your oral health.
We check the following:

Your bite – the way your teeth meet

For signs of oral cancer, oral disease or lesions in the mouth

Your gum heath

Finally, your teeth
We use the latest technologies to assess the health of your teeth, which include:
2 assessment digital radiographs (or x-rays) – including an explanation and discussion of any concerns
Your complimentary 3D digital dental scan so you can see what we see - we can also use this to monitor any changes in your teeth such as dental wear
Clinical photographs (if required) as a picture speaks a thousand words and can be used to monitor any changes
Advice on achieving a healthy mouth
A ‘healthy gums’ score in comparison to your previous visit
Any treatment options available to you as well as estimated cost
A written report and explanation
